LD – Gate lock with panic lock

Used for outward-opening side-hung doors in rooms where rapid evacuation may be necessary.

The latch can always be opened from the inside, even when it is locked from the outside.

In the closed position, the inner handle should be horizontal. In the event of an emergency evacuation, the handle is folded down. The handle is long enough to be operated with, for example, your knee or elbow.

Features

• Two-point closing where the handle has marked stop positions in both the open and closed positions.
• The latch is lockable with a standard oval cylinder.
• The stroke length is 28 mm for each control rod.
• For stud bars, 13 x13 mm square.
• NOTE: Lock rod and cylinder are purchased separately.
